Change the Lives Program – Talented Gifted Children
Sunagorik Foundation aims to identify initially 20 willing gifted and Talented children from the disadvantageous backgrounds or orphans and provide them with the needed support in their life journey to transform them into noble citizens of the country.
Identifying gifted children can be extremely challenging because they are likely to be very unique in their characters. Our targeted children are likely to come from all demographic groups, have different personalities, learn differently from each other, and have different strengths and limitations.
The selection of the children will be based on their previous academic performances, recommendations from the current Head of the Academic institution, entrance test, IQ test score and finally through a psychological evaluation by a team of professionals. Only the highest scored students who fulfil the requirements will be selected for the program.
The foundation will support the selected children/students up to the level of higher education of their choices and based on their competence where they are expected to best excel. We intend to take the same challenging journey with our students until they complete at least four-year graduation courses at the university or equivalent level.
Our program is designed to educate our children in all areas of life to prepare them for their future.
Our Safe Home will be the house of our students/children until we mutually accomplish our goal that is our children/students leave the foundation as Sunagorik.

সুনাগরিক ফাউন্ডেশন প্রাথমিকভাবে ২০ জন প্রতিভাবান/প্রতিভাধর অত্যন্ত দরিদ্র পরিবারের
বা সম্পূর্ণ এতিম শিশুদের সনাক্ত করে তাদেরকে যথাযথ শিক্ষা ও জীবনের যাত্রায় প্রয়োজনীয় উন্নতি করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা দিয়ে তাদেরকে দেশের সুনাগরিক হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার জন্য কাজ করছে.
প্রতিভাধর শিশুদের সনাক্তকরণ অত্যন্ত চ্যালেঞ্জ হতে পারে কারণ তারা তাদের চরিত্রগুলির মধ্যে খুব অনন্য হতে পারে। আমাদের নির্বাচিত শিশুরা জনসংখ্যার বিভিন্ন ডেমোগ্রাফিক গ্রূপ থেকে আসে, এদের বিভিন্ন ব্যক্তিত্ব থাকে, একে অপরের থেকে আলাদাভাবে শিখতে পারে এবং বিভিন্ন শক্তি এবং সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে।
ছাত্র নির্বাচন এর ক্ষেত্রে তাদের পূর্ববর্তী একাডেমিক পারফরম্যান্স, একাডেমিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের বর্তমান প্রধানের সুপারিশ, প্রবেশিকা পরীক্ষা, আইকিউ পরীক্ষার স্কোর এবং পরিশেষে পেশাদারদের একটি দল দ্বারা একটি মনস্তাত্ত্বিক মূল্যায়নের উপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি করা হবে। প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণকারী কেবলমাত্র সর্বোচ্চ নম্বর প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থীদেরই এই প্রোগ্রামের জন্য নির্বাচিত করা হবে।
ফাউন্ডেশন বাছাই করা বাচ্চাদের / শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের পছন্দের উচ্চশিক্ষার স্তর পর্যন্ত সমর্থন করবে এবং তাদের যোগ্যতার উপর ভিত্তি করে যেখানে তারা সেরা পারফরম্যান্সের প্রত্যাশা করে। আমরা আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা সমমানের পর্যায়ে কমপক্ষে চার বছরের স্নাতক কোর্স শেষ না করা পর্যন্ত তাদের সাথে একই চ্যালেঞ্জিং যাত্রায় থাকব ।আমাদের প্রোগ্রামটি নির্বাচিত প্রতিভাবান শিশুদের তাদের ভবিষ্যতের জন্য প্রস্তুত করার জন্য জীবনের সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষিত করার জন্য ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে।
আমাদের সেফ হোমটি আমাদের ছাত্র / শিশুদের আবাস হবে যতক্ষণ না তারা সমাজে একজন সুনাগরিক হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় ।
